The Human Reset
Breathwork on the rooftop at the end of day one.
At six the building emptied, and everyone who had spent the day arguing about context windows ended up on the same roof. A bar, a DJ, four hundred square metres of terrace and the whole skyline behind it: the half of the week nobody put on a schedule and everybody remembers.
The conversation that started in a workshop and finished at the parapet. The two people who should obviously build something together and had not met yet. Nobody checked whether you danced.

Four evenings, four sets, with the city doing the lighting. Speakers under the pergola, the decks facing the skyline, and a crowd that had been writing prompts an hour earlier.

Barcelona's first Running Hackathon started and finished at the House on Thursday. Teams ran through Poblenou to the beach, building live products with voice dictation and AI coding tools on the way, then came back up to the rooftop to demo what they had shipped. Organised by Siena Kinsale and Luke Balabanovic, part of a series running in London, Barcelona and San Francisco.
This is one of the first times this is happening in the world.

Cards and questions around a table on the roof, strangers talking within minutes.

A second afternoon of games on the rooftop, and a lot of laughing.
A photobooth built with Claude, printing strips all week. Build by day, dance by night. The strips went home in pockets and the selfies went straight to the feed. If you took one, it is still on the wall somewhere.

No date, no place, no spoilers. The crab has a new brick, and the people on the list hear about it first.
