Publisher
This site is published by The Tech Nation S.L., NIF B19412451, registered at Passeig de Gràcia 2, 08002 Barcelona, Spain. Director of publication: Jérémie Benhamou. Contact: jeremie@the-tech-nation.com, +34 687 286 106.
The event
The Claude Community House is an independent community initiative held in Barcelona from 21 to 24 September 2026, co-produced by The Tech Nation, Happy Operators and clauders.com with the European Claude Ambassadors network. It is not an official Anthropic event. Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic PBC, used here to name the community that gathers around the product.
Each session on the programme is proposed and run by its own host. The Tech Nation publishes the programme and opens the building. It does not write, run or warrant the content of a session it does not host.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., United States.
Content
Session titles and descriptions are written by their hosts. Sponsor and partner logos remain the property of their owners and appear with their agreement. Photographs are credited to their authors where they appear.
Privacy
Browsing this site
There is no analytics on this site. No tracking pixel, no advertising tag, no third-party measurement. Reading these pages leaves nothing behind that identifies you.
Two cookies exist, both strictly necessary and neither used to follow you: one remembers that you entered the press room, and the staff back-office uses sign-in cookies from Clerk. If you are neither press nor staff, this site sets nothing at all. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
Registering for a session
Registrations do not happen here. Every session, and every rooftop night, has its own Luma page, and that is where you sign up. Luma holds what you give it, under its own privacy policy. As organiser, The Tech Nation receives the attendee list for the events it runs, and each host receives it for their own session.
This site holds no attendee list of its own. There is no form here to fill in, and nothing to unsubscribe from. The only accounts that exist are the staff ones, for the people who publish the programme.
Who processes what
Luma for ticketing, Neon for the database that holds the programme, Clerk for staff sign-in, Vercel for hosting. Each acts on our instructions and for no other purpose.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to contact@the-tech-nation.com and we will answer. For anything Luma holds, their own privacy policy and controls apply.
Photography and filming
The week is photographed and filmed, and the press attends. Images may be published on this site, on our social accounts and in the press. If you would rather not appear, tell a host on site or write to Ruth Amat, and we will do what we can. Photographers keep their credit and their rights over their own images.
The AI Afterwork tickets
What it is
The AI Afterwork is an event managed outside the Claude Community House and organised by The Tech Nation. Separate door, separate list, separate ticket. Everything else during the week is free; this is not.
Who you are buying from
Tickets are sold through Luma, which acts as the ticketing platform. The Tech Nation S.L. is the seller and receives the payment. This site takes no money and processes no payment.
What the ticket covers
Entry to the rooftop for the evening you booked, from 18:00 → 22:00, and drinks at the bar, served at the organiser's discretion. One ticket, one evening, one person.
Cancellation
Tickets are not refundable. A rooftop night is a leisure service supplied on a specific date, so the fourteen day right of withdrawal does not apply. If you cannot come, you cannot be refunded.
If we cancel a night, you are refunded in full. If we have to move it, you can take the new date or be refunded.
Getting in
Over 18s only. There is a bar, and Spanish law applies. Have your Luma QR ready, and identification if you are asked for it.
The rooftop has a capacity, and it is a roof. We can refuse entry or ask someone to leave, without refund, if the room is full or if someone puts other people at risk or makes the evening worse for everyone else.
If something is wrong
Write to contact@the-tech-nation.com. We would rather sort it out with you than hide behind a page of conditions. Spanish law applies, and the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction.
